WHAT IS Prostamol® Uno

Indications

Prostamol uno contains Serenoa repens extract, which is a herbal medicine.

Prostamol uno is used for the treatment in adult men for voiding difficulties (difficulty emptying the bladder) due to benign prostatic enlargement stage I and II with non-cancerous origin after serious conditions have been excluded by doctor.

Prostamol uno is preventing further enlargement of prostate-gland tissue and therefore relieving pressure on the bladder and strengthens the stream of urine.

Ingredients

Active substance is Saw palmetto extract:

Each soft capsule contains 320 mg of extract of saw palmetto fruits (Serenoae repentis fructus extractum) (9-11:1) 320 mg.

Use

Take 1 Prostamol uno soft capsule daily at the same time of each day. Swallow the soft capsule whole with sufficient liquid after a meal.

The length of the therapy is in line with the nature, severity and course of the disease and is not limited in time. Please ask your doctor about this.

Treatment with Prostamol uno is long lasting and regular. Regular daily intake is particularly important for treatment to be successful. An improvement in the complaints can only be expected after about six weeks. About three months may pass before the full effectiveness is achieved.

Consult your doctor if the complaints do not improve after 6 weeks of treatment, or if they get worse.

Warnings

Prostamol uno is used for the treatment in adult men for voiding difficulties in benig prostatic hyperplasia stages I and II according to Alken.

It does not have influence on sexual function. If you don’t know what is the cause of your difficulties to urinate, please consult the physician.

Prostamol uno only improves the mild to moderate complaints if you have an enlarged prostate gland. It does not reverse the enlargement. Therefore, please visit your doctor regularly in order to exclude malignant prostate changes.
